You gotta work with what got…
Whether it’s a broken camera, expired film which only one side of the polaroid works. You figure it out and make something happen. That’s exactly what happened with the expired instant film I had from Impossible Project. Now to be fair to the brand the expiration date was November 2015 and its now December 2017, so quite far off. It was of course Christmas party time again. Every year I try to use some kind of instant camera. Previous years the Polaroid 330 Land Camera was featured which uses ‘peel apart’ film packs. However the price has doubled for these film packs now. Due to the fact that Fujifilm FP-100C is no longer made.
The Story
Its just more fun to use an instant camera at such an event as it doesn’t take away from the atmosphere.

This was the last peel apart Polaroid film I used -above image. I’m sad about that as it was so awesome to use and the peeling apart added extra excitement. Its now a rarity to get your hands on it.
Therefore I resorted to use the more ubiquitous Polaroid camera that most people remember. You know the one that makes the zippy sound as the motor slides out the Polaroid from the front. This is the 80’s family Polaroid camera. The one I’ve got is red with squared edges a really eighties icon. It features a close up lens hence the initials CL in its model number 635CL. This model was made way back in 1984

In fact the expired film pack behave just like the original Polaroid pack I had from the early 2000’s
