Minutes before drama – Composition

Finally a descent amount of snow has graced Salzburg. For me, snow brings contrast and changes uninteresting subjects into main features. I keep a small camera in my pocket as I travel through the town of Salzburg whether by bike or foot. Today just before attending the English Drama Group, I notice in the corner of my eye one of these metamorphosis created by the last few days of snowfall. The interest was with the reflections, contrast between outside and in, and of course shapes and lines.

You see, practicing composition is the necessary daily exercise of every photographer. Whether the image is for keeping, fun or for art making. Today images is a little of all, I suppose I was trying something different – exploring new possibilities – maybe. A recommended doctrine each photographer or art maker should subscribe to, to keep the mind and eye ready when that real gem makes its appearance.
