A frosty start as three out of four of my children rushed as usual to caught the early morning bus for school and kindergarten. Recently I’ve being busy with commercial work with little time for landscape photography. However the spectacular dawn with the fog down below as the sun began it’s rise over the Ennstal valley, proved necessary to grab the camera and capture the moment.
Without my tripod, I took the images handheld (at ISO 400) , this kind of color in the sky at this time of year lasts only about 20mins, at its peak maybe 3mins – So no time to mess about when you’re unprepared ( and without your first cup of coffee).
